Refund policy

We want you to be happy with OT Tweaks. Because it's a digital product, refunds work like this:

You can get a full refund if

• you ask within 14 days of purchase and haven't signed in to OT Tweaks yet, or
• OT Tweaks doesn't run on your PC and our support team can't fix it within a reasonable time.

We can't refund

• purchases older than 14 days,
• licenses that have been activated and work as described, or
• licenses removed for breaking our terms, such as sharing an account.

How to ask for a refund

To request a refund, with the email you used at checkout. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days. When a refund is issued, the license is deactivated.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can usually sort things out faster.
